To enroll in the TLRMC Patient Portal

Register your email address with a staff member at your next visit to to Twin Lakes Regional Medical Center or by going to the Health Information Department at Twin Lakes Regional Medical Center, 910 Wallace Avenue, Leitchfield, KY Monday - Friday, 8 a.m. - 4p.m.
Once your email is on file, a one-time user ID and password will be emailed to you. You will change your user ID and password as you complete the enrollment process and log into the TLRMC Patient Portal.
You will need your name exactly as it is entered in our electronic health record, your Date of Birth, and your email address

Frequently Asked Questions

Where does my Health Information in the TLRMC Patient Portal come from?

All of the information in the Portal comes from your Electronic Health Record at Twin Lakes Regional Medical Center. This ensures that you have access to the most accurate, up-to-date information possible.

How do I log into the Portal?

To log into the portal, either find TLRMC's name within the MHealth App or visit the Patient Portal link on www.tlrmc.com. Then, simply enter your user name and password.

Can my family access my TLRMC Patient Portal?

Yes, but only with your permission. You can provide family members or portal proxies (legal designees) access to your MyHealth patient portal. A portal proxy is a person that has been legally designated to view your medical records. To designate a proxy, you must complete an Authorization Form and provide legal designee documentation if required. Contact Health Information Management at 270-259-9517 to obtain your proxy consent form.

Is there any information not released to my TLRMC Patient Portal?

No. Your Patient Portal account will contain all of your health information in the TLRMC system.

Can my children have an account on the TLRMC Patient Portal?

No one under 18 can have a Patient Portal account.

What do I do if there is a discrepancy in my record?

If there is a discrepancy in your medical records, please call Health Information at (270) 259-9517, Monday through Friday between 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. to request an Amendment form.

Is my information safe?

We take patient information very seriously. Portal passwords are encrypted and URLs are re-written so that they cannot be copied and pasted. You and authorized family members are the only ones who can access your Portal. Also, a time- out feature protects your information if you leave the Portal page open.

What if I ever have technical problems with the Portal?

There is a Contact Us section on the homepage of the TLRMC Patient Portal that allows you to submit any questions you have regarding the Portal or you can call 270-259-9517 Monday - Friday, 8 a.m. - 4p.m.

How long does it take for my information to be released to the TLRMC Patient Portal?

Results and documentation will be available to you on your TLRMC at a minimum of five days, but could be longer.

Can my spouse and I use the same email address to enroll in the TLRMC Patient Portal?

No, you and your spouse must have separate email addresses to enroll.
